G. Chandler Fox, CKD, CBD

President & Director of Sales

Chandler co-founded FOXCRAFT with Mike Blood in 1989. He has been in the Remodeling and Kitchen Design business for most of his professional career. As Director of Sales, Chandler has an outstanding ability to guide clients through the many design and budgetary aspects of remodeling. His dedication to our clients guarantees the high level of satisfaction for which FOXCRAFT is known. Chandler has held the “Certified Kitchen Designer” and “Certified Bath Designer” designation from the National Kitchen and Bath Association since 1995. Chandler also heads the Custom Cabinetry Division at FOXCRAFT. When not busy with clients, Chandler enjoys soccer, travel and music.

Michael S. Blood, CR, CGP

Vice President & Chief Production Officer

Mike co-founded FOXCRAFT with Chandler in 1989. Starting with carpentry school in 1975, Mike brings to our clients more than 40 years of experience in the remodeling industry with a well-rounded background in carpentry, organizational skills and business management. His extensive experience ensures that our estimating and operations run smoothly and efficiently. His diligence and attention to detail provide the foundation that enables FOXCRAFT field staff to deliver the highest quality of work. Mike is a “Certified Remodeler” through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and a “Certified Green Professional” with the National Home Builders Association. He is dedicated to his family and actively involved in community service through the United States Civil Air Patrol, The American Legion and Falls Church Chamber of Commerce.

Dan Dalrymple

Field Superintendent & Sales Consultant

Dan has been an integral part of the management and production teams at FOXCRAFT since 1998.  He has 35+ years of construction experience in commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Dan’s career includes long-term relationships with accomplished clients who expect the same expertise and attention to detail as they demand of themselves.  These clients appreciate his ability to be discreet, stay actively involved with their specific needs and his detail-oriented work.  His flexibility and communication skills enhance his ability to translate the clients’ vision into reality.

Tonya White

Design Consultant

Tonya White has been with FOXCRAFT since 2010.  She is responsible for assisting sales and design with materials selection, project floor plans and perspectives as well as project development and proposal preparation.  She also works with the production department to coordinate delivery and availability of project materials.  Tonya holds a bachelors degree in art history from George Mason University, a certificate of advanced studies from the University of Cambridge, UK in the history of architecture and a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Marymount University.

Zeb Rodier

Office Manager

Zeb started in the design/build industry in 1994 as a business manager for a local Arlington based firm where she stayed until joining FOXCRAFT in 1996 as office manager.  In 1999, she was awarded the opportunity to open a franchise location in Hilton Head, SC, for Case Design Remodeling, where she was owner/operator, handling all aspects of the design/build business from production management to sales management.  In addition to those core management responsibilities, she was also responsible for accounting, contracts management, marketing, recruiting and all administration and human resources related tasks.  In January 2016, Zeb happily returned to Northern Virginia and to FOXCRAFT Design Group where she is currently the Business Manager.  Zeb is often the first person at FOXCRAFT that clients talk to about their remodeling needs.
